What we collect
When you use our quote form, we collect: name, phone, email, zip code, project type, and any message you write. We also collect the page you came from (referrer), your browser user agent, your IP address, and a Google Analytics client ID for attribution.
How we use it
To respond to your estimate request, route your inquiry to the right team member, follow up about your project, and for our internal analytics about which marketing channels work. We do not sell your information to third parties.
How we store it
Lead information is stored in Supabase (our database vendor) with row-level security and access controls. Communications are stored in our CRM and email systems. We retain lead records for 2 years, then archive or delete.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 for traffic analysis, Google Tag Manager for tag deployment, and Microsoft Clarity for behavior analysis. These set cookies in your browser. You can opt out via your browser's privacy settings or via the analytics provider's opt-out tools.
SMS and call communication
By providing your phone number you consent to SMS and phone communication about your project. Standard messaging rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Outbound SMS is sent through Twilio; messaging records are stored per Twilio's data policies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we have about you, request correction or deletion, or opt out of marketing communication at any time. Email info@bellinghamfloorpros.com.
Children
Our site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted with a new "last updated" date.
