Agreement
By using bellinghamfloorpros.com or contacting Bellingham Floor Pros for an estimate, you agree to these terms. We may update them; the current version is always at this URL.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates we provide are good for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Pricing in our quotes assumes the subfloor and access conditions we observed at the in-home visit; conditions discovered during work that materially change the scope require a written change order before additional work proceeds.
Payment
Standard residential payment terms: deposit at contract signing, balance on substantial completion. Specific payment schedule is in your contract. We accept cash, check, credit card, and financing through Greensky and Synchrony.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties on flooring materials are governed by the manufacturer; we provide their paperwork at project completion. Our labor warranty covers workmanship for 2 years from substantial completion. Misuse, water damage from sources outside our scope, and modifications by others void our labor warranty.
Cancellation
You may cancel any contract within 3 business days of signing for a full refund of any deposit, per Washington State consumer protection law. After 3 business days, deposits are non-refundable but applied to your project.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected portion of the project. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation; certificates available on request.
Communication
By providing your phone number on our quote form, you consent to receive calls and SMS related to your project. Standard messaging rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Washington State law. Disputes are resolved in Whatcom County Superior Court.
